This is an old pair of straits settlement postcard at the turn of the century.
The first postcard is from the era of King George VI and quite different from the usual postcards of the era in that it is a " prepaid order form " for business purposes.
The second poscard is well written calligraphy of chinese script said to be a business transaction of soy sauce according to my chinese speaking friend.
